Sales representative will check all the details concerning the product with our customers, including product dimension, usage, board color, thickness, delivery time, payment term, etc.
After all information is clear, sales representative will pass all the required information in written form to our R&D department.
Normally, to ensure the sample is all correct according to customer requirements, we will make a sample confirmation with our customers before bulk production. Either take picture or videos or physically deliver the sample.
After order is confirmed, we will order material and make incoming quality control at first stage.
During bulk production, we will make quality inspection for the first 10pcs through each machining process.
Before final packing, we will conduct outgoing quality inspection for all products and do a random selective examination after packing.
When customers receive their products, they will have a month valid for quality feedback. Our sales representative will take attention to the feedback and reports to factory
